To maintain disciplinary standard in the campus, the proctorial board plays a major role. The board is headed by a chief proctor and comprises of a number of students proctors. All the students are expected to achieve a high standard of self-discipline in the campus.

• Proctors have the authority to check students and inform staff proctors if a student is found breaking school / college rules.
• Students must come in proper and complete school / college uniform.
• Maximum of 1 – 5 minute concession may be given to a student who comes late to the school / college. Students coming very late is not allowed to enter the school / college. Habitual late comers shall be fined and punished.
• Half – day leave is not allowed except in an urgency or emergency. Any student having urgent work / appointment with the doctor. Students going to attend the funeral should apply for the whole day leave.
• Leave is normally discouraged except for illness and other special reasons. Leave application must be countersigned by parent and submitted one day before the 1st period is over.
• Student who are absent from the school / college for 6 consecutive days without intimation to the school / college will be struck off the school / college rolls.
• Students will not leave the school / college premises without permission of the principal. They will be issued a card signed by the principal that shall be deposited with the gate keeper. They must come back within the time allowed to them otherwise they will be punished.
• Parents are expected to be very particular to see that their children have immediately returned after school / college hours.
• AMSC does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, dispute or quarrel that may happen to any student or among the students traveling to or from the school / college.
• Students are not allowed to bring any valuables to the school / college. In case of damage or loss the school / college authorities will not accept any responsibility whatsoever.
• Use of mobile phones during the class is strictly prohibited. Otherwise mobile phone will be taken in the school / college custody and is returned to the parent of the student only with an assurance of no recurrence.
• A student guilty of misconduct, quarreling in the calls within the premises and misbehavior with any staff member shall face very serious action against him that may be the suspension of expulsion from the college and heavy fine, unchallengeable in any court of law.
• A student found destroying the good name and repute of the institution shall no more remain the college student. There shall be no compromise in this regard.
• Students must maintain cleanliness and proper use of articles in the college. A student guilty of damaging the school property will have to pay for the damage with fine.
• Running, un-necessarily shouting bitterly, abusing other inside the college building, writing, and pasting posters on the college walls are all strictly prohibited.
• Students are expected to cooperate with fellow students and be obedient to their lecturers, staff members.
• Parents must ensure that the study hours of their children are fixed and regularly and properly spent.
• Parents are advised to keep constant contact with the administration regarding attendance and progress of their children.
• In case of migration the dues of the whole session have to be deposited by students.
