It is an honour to state that I am the founder, managing director as well as the principal of Afridi Model School & College Bara Campus which by the special grace of Allah has marked and reserved a great place for itself in Peshawar Board in very short span of time.

AMSC is an educational institution where academic excellence is a norm not a goal. It has been striving for the betterment of education not only in newly merged area but in the Whole KP. It has achieved this goodwill by providing the area with numerous Doctors, Engineers and Scientists who are studying in different renowned universities of the country. I warmly welcome all the new students to AES. We have a high qualified and well-trained staff and a functional organized parents' community. Students and teacher report is given the first priority in our organization. In short i am very optimistic and perceive that a very exciting time is ahead of us and hope you choose to be a part of our continous effort and success.

“Knowledge is power” is a strong actor of both social and moral change, it is the only source and reason of man’s ascendency over all other creatures. Only knowledge based civilizations can survive and keep on developing in the long run. Keeping in view the importance of knowledge for all art human development, AMSC was found in 2004 as a secondary school in Khyber.

With the blessing of Allah Almighty the system has expended horizontally from Khyber to Peshawar and vertically from school to college within a short span of 5 years. Since its inception, the system has been working successfully towards to attainment of excellence in academics and in character building, with special focus on strengthening our social and moral values.

The system has improved trough continued struggle and is endeavoring to inculcate in its students adherence to our values, total commitment to the spirit of inquiry and logic, dedication to serve the home land with zeal and zest and devotion. The system continoues to strive for initiating and maintaining the best possible learning, friendly environment, with emphasis on exploring and prompting students talent enabling the to show enviable performance in the field of academic and service to mankind.

Education plays vital role in the over all development of a nation. In the present scenario the role of Education has become more important because the anti social, anti cultural and anti nation forces are exploiting the situation due to lack of awareness and Education in the people of FATA. Khyber Agency being part of FATA is socially, economically and educationally very backward. There is a sense of deprivation particularly in the young generation. Education will not only bring the tribal people in the national stream but also lessen the sense of deprivation. There is lack of Educational facilities in FATA. Without the support of private sector public sector cannot meet the needs of people in the field of Education.

The establishment of Afridi Model School and College is a step in the right direction. It will not only lighten the burden of public sector but will also play important role in future by providing quality Education to the young generation of Khyber Agency. I specially appreciate the spirit and selfless services rendered by Mr. Haji Abdul Wahab Afridi and Muhammad Jamil Khan Afridi for the noble cause of Education in FATA as well as in KPK
